Who can resist an ice cream cake? Nothing is more enjoyable than taking a huge bite out of an ice cream cake in the hot summer season. It combines the finest of both worlds for the ideal summer dessert: ice cream and cake.
Dairy Queen holds the world record for the largest ice cream in the world. It was achieved on 10th May 2011 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The cake was approximately 10.13 tonnes in weight and was 4.45 meters long, 4.06 meters broad, and 1 meter tall.
The previous world record, a roughly 8,000-kilogram ice cream cake, was held by China in 2006. And a large group of chefs labored using almost 9,000 kg of ice cream, sponge cake of 91 kg, over 136 kg of frosting, and Oreo crumbs to break the previous record.
